En tant que membre clé de notre équipe, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le soutien à la réforme, la contribution à l'établissement et à la mise en œuvre des priorités stratégiques, ainsi que dans l'assurance d'une prestation de services fluide et efficace.

  • Êtes capable de voir au-delà de l'infraction et de percevoir l'enfant
  • Souhaitez aborder directement les disparités et les inégalités dans la justice juvénile
  • Croyez que le comportement est une forme de communication et que la délinquance est symptomatique de leurs expériences
  • Êtes engagé à écouter la voix de l'enfant, de sa famille et de ses victimes, et à intégrer cela au cœur de notre mission
  • Désirez travailler avec les jeunes pour valoriser leurs forces et promouvoir une enfance éloignée du système judiciaire.
  • Êtes passionné, motivé et enthousiaste à l'idée de fournir des services de haute qualité aux enfants, victimes, aidants et communautés.
  • Disposez d'une expérience et de compétences en adéquation avec la description de poste et le profil recherché.
  • Avez l'envie de collaborer avec les autres, d'apprendre, d'innover et d'apporter des améliorations.
