Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at The Caraires Consultancy. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full breakdown process in French and Spanish/Italian, keeping customers and dealers informed about their case, and resolving issues from inbound calls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the breakdown process in French and Spanish/Italian
  • Keep customers and dealers informed about their case
  • Receive and accurately log customer requests within designated systems
  • Negotiate solutions to resolve cases and escalate to the appropriate person if necessary
  • Organise payment conditions in relation to the breakdown case

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must be able to speak French and be fluent in either Spanish or Italian. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and have excellent communication skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,139 per annum (after training) and a 50% hybrid working arrangement after the training period. This is a long-term temporary contract with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
