We are seeking an experienced Senior Neuro Rehab Physiotherapist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will lead a Therapy Team across the North East to provide a high-quality physiotherapy service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a clinical caseload and work alongside the people we support, their loved ones, and professionals to develop and deliver person-centred physiotherapy interventions.
- Collaborate closely with the Therapy Team (Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant, and Activities Coordinators) to create person-centred care and rehabilitation plans.
- Carry out assessments and maintain accurate records for people receiving physiotherapy.
- Promote choice, dignity, and independence.
- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
- Excellent leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate a team.
- Thorough understanding of physiotherapy best practice.
