About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Autoparts & Diagnostics Limited. As a key member of our motor trade team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and dispatching correct parts, and working closely with colleagues to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and face-to-face, responding to customer queries and orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and dispatch correct parts to internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, resulting in exceptional customer experiences.
Key Tasks:
  • Handle customer queries and orders at the front counter, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Answer inbound calls and serve retail and trade customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Build long-term relationships with local customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Actively promote offers and customer incentives, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Pick and pack parts for delivery or collection, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process customer orders in our MAM system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Handle payments, both in person and over the phone, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer returns for collection and/or processing, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
