Befriender 'In Home' Volunteer

Location: Horley, Surrey

Time Commitment: Flexible

The Befriender 'In Home' Volunteer will play a vital role in providing companionship to someone we support in Horley, spending quality time with them in their home and engaging in activities they enjoy. This may include chatting over a cup of tea, reading books, playing board games, or simply being a friendly presence.

Key Skills:

  • To be kind, empathetic, and friendly
  • To have a good sense of humour and enjoy chatting
  • To be punctual and reliable
  • To be able to handle confidential information in line with our data protection procedures
