Senior Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team at Steadman Brown. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.
  • Implementation: Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and business needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, solution designs, and implementation processes.

Requirements:

  • Must have an IT or Business related UK Bachelor's degree with a grade 2:1 or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience dealing with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, and experience with flows, objects, and fields.
  • Must be Salesforce Certified.
  • Experience working across core clouds with multi-cloud implementations.

What We Offer:

  • This is a fully remote full-time position, offering a salary up to £60,000.
