Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Premier Inn in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our housekeeping team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
