About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Fountains Lodge Care Home in Royal Tunbridge Wells. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the care home, working closely with our housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Ensure our residents' bedrooms and communal areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Manage housekeeping stocks and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
