Senior Quality Practitioner - Medication Lead

Creative Support is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Practitioner - Medication Lead to join our national quality team. This newly developed role will significantly contribute to quality assurance across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have a lead role in medication good practice, ensuring policies and toolkits enable excellent medication management. They will also be responsible for auditing sites to ensure compliance against policy and protocols.

This is a full-time role based in Stockport town centre with national travel. There is potential for some flexible working. The role will be well supported within the highly experienced and established quality team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead medication good practice and ensure policies and toolkits enable excellent medication management
  • Audit sites to ensure compliance against policy and protocols
  • Contribute to audit and social care governance processes
  • Work closely with the Head of Quality to develop the strategy for the role
