Position Summary:
The organization is seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Psychiatrist to become part of their professional team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with diagnosing, treating, and overseeing a spectrum of mental health disorders, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient support.
Key Duties:
- Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to identify mental health conditions.
- Create, execute, and oversee personalized treatment strategies, which may include medication management and therapeutic interventions.
- Deliver continuous clinical care and assistance to patients experiencing various psychiatric challenges, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Medical degree with a specialization in Psychiatry (MRC Psych or equivalent).
- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the Specialist Register in Psychiatry.
- Demonstrated experience as a psychiatrist in a clinical environment, with a comprehensive understanding of mental health issues across a wide spectrum.
- Exceptional diagnostic abilities and the capacity to develop effective treatment plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling rapport building with patients and collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team.
