Job Title: Electrical Skills Development Coach

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Skills Development Coach to join our work-based Engineering learning team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Engineering Apprentices, providing support and guidance throughout their programme.
  • Deliver comprehensive independent advice and guidance to employers and learners on their training needs and requirements.
  • Participate in the learner onboarding process, ensuring a sound understanding of the required commitment.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 qualification in Literacy, Numeracy, and ICT.
  • Level 3 qualification in Engineering (relevant to discipline).
  • L3 Assessor Award qualification (or willingness to work towards).
  • IOSH qualification.
  • Knowledge of theory and practical skills in engineering equipment, machinery, and materials.
