Job Title: Domestic Assistant

We are working closely with a Local Authority in Liverpool to assist with the appointment of a Domestic Assistant on a 3-month contract, which may be extended at the client's discretion. Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in staff and client meetings as required.
  • Attend mandatory training days/courses, on or off site, as and when required.
  • Report immediately to the Home Manager or Person in Charge any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by a client, colleague, self, or another.
  • Promote and ensure the good reputation of the Care Centre.
  • All staff are in the front line in preventing harm or abuse occurring and in taking action where concerns arise. Protection, Prevention, and Personalisation are the cornerstones to protecting adults at risk of harm.
  • Understand and ensure that the home's Safeguarding Policy and Procedure is adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
  • You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the U.K.
  • This role requires an enhanced DBS.
