About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Domestic Support Worker to join our team at The Disabilities Trust. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our care homes.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of all designated areas in the care home, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
- Assist with major cleaning tasks as required, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in cleaning and support work.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
About You
We are looking for an individual with experience in cleaning, preferably in a care or residential setting. However, full training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
