About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Support Specialist to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our Financial Planning Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our planners in achieving their objectives and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of workflow from a client-facing perspective, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the Financial Planning Team.
  • Assist planners in establishing and retaining effective relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring timely resolution of client queries.
  • Maintain accurate records and information on Intelligent Office, ensuring work is logged, tracked, and internal records are up-to-date.
  • Ensure files and store records are held in accordance with internal standards, allowing for efficient access and retrieval.
  • Set up new prospects and opportunities on our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely input.
  • Arrange client meetings, prepare agendas, and complete meeting work, including technical and product research as required.
  • Post-client meetings, issue meeting notes, liaise with clients over paperwork, and complete other actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and issue engagement documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate Funds Under Management data and up-to-date information on the current pipeline, monitoring cases through to completion to track expected income.
Requirements
  • Financial Advice sector/IFA industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changing demands and priorities, with a willingness to develop own skills.
