Job Title: Senior Producer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join our team at The Lost Estate. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative, financial, and operational aspects of our productions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Producing: Identify, recruit, and contract creative and performing teams for our productions, including negotiating and drafting deal terms.
  • Event Producing: Bring production concepts from idea to reality, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with creative integrity.
  • General Management: Ensure productions run smoothly and at a consistently high standard across their performance lifecycle.
  • Production Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruit, contract, and line manage creative, performer, and running team personnel.
  • Licensing/JVs: Identify, develop, and leverage strategic partnerships to grow The Lost Estate in the UK and internationally.
  • Commercial Forecasting and Management: Work closely with our senior leadership team to identify strong commercial models for our productions.
  • Company Culture: Contribute to and adhere to The Lost Estate's company culture, making it a great place for people to do their best work.
Requirements:
  • Considerable experience in theatrical and/or event producing.
  • Experience producing commercial productions, IP licensing, and complex contractual negotiations.
  • Strong network of strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to bring new and transformative processes to the department.
  • Inspiring and effective leadership skills.
