This position will be a 12-month assignment and will involve a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and be responsible for the following key areas:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 6 finance professionals
  • Preparing full financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP
  • Assisting with statutory audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Collaborating with the finance and FP&A teams to drive business growth
  • Liaising with external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes
  • Preparing group half and full year financial statements
  • Group consolidation and reporting for 10+ global entities

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experienced interim finance professional with a strong track record
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
  • A driven team player with excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and committed to driving own development in line with the aims of the project and the business
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Technically astute with a strong understanding of financial reporting

Remuneration:

The Head of Financial Reporting role offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000 for the right candidate.
