We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor (permanent, full-time 40h) to join our Timberland team.

In the role of Retail Operations Supervisor, your contributions will be essential in assisting the Store Manager and driving the overall success of the retail location.

Your Impact

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will help create a memorable shopping experience by:

  • Collaborating with your Store Manager to drive sales and profitability
  • Inspiring, mentoring, and guiding sales associates
  • Supporting your Store Manager in executing established retail processes while seeking improvements
  • Overseeing essential retail operational tasks such as inventory management and financial performance
  • Analyzing performance metrics and demonstrating an understanding of KPIs to enhance store outcomes
  • Ensuring the store maintains an appealing appearance in accordance with brand visual merchandising standards
  • Providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager

  • You possess experience in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and have a proven track record of motivating a team to maximize sales and productivity.
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.
  • You are adaptable and willing to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
