Key Responsibilities
Our expectations for Retail Operations Supervisors include delivering an exceptional retail experience by:
- Collaborating with your Store Manager to drive sales and enhance profitability
- Inspiring, mentoring, and coaching sales associates
- Supporting your Store Manager in executing established retail procedures while seeking improvements
- Overseeing essential retail operational tasks such as inventory management and financial performance
- Analyzing performance metrics and demonstrating an understanding of KPIs to elevate store results
- Ensuring the store maintains an appealing appearance in accordance with brand visual merchandising standards
- Providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager
Ideal Candidate Profile
- You thrive on engaging with customers and set a positive example for your team through your proactive approach, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- You are confident in taking initiative when the Store Manager is unavailable, showcasing your leadership qualities.
- You play a crucial role in fostering a cohesive team that shares your passion for creating exceptional shopping experiences. You take pride in mentoring team members and supporting their growth.
- You possess experience in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and leading a team to maximize sales and productivity.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- You are proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.
- You are adaptable regarding work schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
