Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking an exceptional Store Supervisor to join our team at Mamas & Papas Stratford store. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Sales Consultants, working closely with the store Manager or Management teams to achieve store results and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with the store Manager or Management teams to develop and implement store strategies
- Monitor and control store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for Sales Consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of store policies and procedures
