Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Warehouse Operative to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our management team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and dispatch goods as required, adhering to warehouse targets and ensuring high levels of housekeeping standards are maintained.
  • Pick goods from stock for our store customers, handling items that may weigh up to 25kg, and ensuring that customer goods are handled carefully and correctly in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Count stock, kimball, and re-bag as required to ensure stock is kept in good condition.
  • Provide a high level of internal and external customer care, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and support.
Requirements:
  • You must have your own transport due to the location of the site.
  • Punctuality and good time-keeping skills are essential.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is required for this role.
  • You must be able to speak and read a certain level of English to follow instruction and be safe on site.
  • Flexibility and ability to work overtime as and when required are necessary.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines is essential.
  • This is a physical role, so you must be physically fit and able to lift and carry items up to 25kg.
  • You must pass a Drug & Alcohol Test and a basic English & Numeracy Test.
  • You must have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to prove this.
