Vascular Surgeon Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Surgeon to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. As a Consultant in Vascular Surgery, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our vascular surgery services.
Key Responsibilities- Performing all types of elective and emergency vascular surgery, including carotid surgery, complex aortic surgery, upper and lower limb bypass, and renal transplant surgery.
- Working closely with our team of vascular technologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive range of services.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to the development of our vascular surgery services.
- Providing education and training to junior staff and contributing to the development of our vascular surgery training program.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- Qualifications: MBBS or equivalent, with specialist training in vascular surgery.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in vascular surgery, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
