Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Technician, where you will contribute to our mission of ecological transformation within a leading global organization. This role is office-based and offers a permanent, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 39 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities
As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing facility, focusing on the assembly of mid to high-tech products, consumables, and spare parts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all assembly tasks are completed within designated timelines and meet quality standards.
- Supporting the team to fulfill customer requirements regarding on-time delivery and quality assurance.
- Adhering to the company's quality management systems, including ISO9001 and ISO14001.
- Maintaining an effective 5S policy within your work area.
- Fostering positive working relationships with operational and quality personnel.
- Developing technical skills to provide assembly and packing training to both new and existing team members.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A recognized manufacturing assembly qualification or relevant on-the-job training/experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
- GCSE (or equivalent) grades A-C in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Basic computer skills, particularly in Excel or Google Suite, for data logging tasks.
- A solid understanding of mechanical assembly procedures and processes.
- The ability to work effectively under quality and productivity performance management.
- Proficiency in intricate electro-mechanical assembly processes, demonstrating dexterity and attention to detail.
- A motivated and enthusiastic approach to teamwork, with a flexible mindset to achieve objectives.
