About the Role

This role supports the Finance Team in contributing to an efficient and accurate Credit Control Function, meeting key business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Allocate customer payments against customer accounts
  • Manage customer account queries
  • Issue customer statements
  • Proactively follow up on overdue customer accounts, working with the sales team to reach a resolution
  • Provide input to the creation of bad debt provision
  • Perform month-end reconciliation of sales ledger accounts
  • Conduct finance due diligence and sanction/credit checks for new customers
  • Manage and own professional development to achieve work objectives and career goals
About You
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative and team-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, prepare, and plan workload
  • Previous credit control experience preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
