We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Data Insights Developer to join our Commercial & Marketing team at First Central Insurance Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with the marketing team to translate business requirements into actionable insights through data analysis, propensity modelling, and the development of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize marketing data models to support new and existing marketing initiatives.
- Create and maintain marketing campaign performance BI reports to provide data-driven insights.
- Analyze the quality of data created through marketing activities, understand the impact it has on performance, and determine the root cause.
- Segment our customer data to improve the customer experience and drive value through improved targeting.
- Use your experience to solve technically complex marketing questions and assist non-technical colleagues in understanding results.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to extract and supply transformed compliant data for marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with the Group Code of Conduct and Fitness and Propriety policies at all times.
- Proven experience in statistical modelling.
- Extensive experience coding with T-SQL and/or Python, manipulating large datasets.
- Extensive experience in analyzing marketing data.
- Experience using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
- Experience of a marketing / insurance environment is advantageous.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to decompose complex data requests into a simple roadmap of deliverables.
- Passion for creating data structures, models, and reports which allow users to solve business problems.
- Ability to influence and support stakeholders, and confidently manage expectations in a dynamic environment.
