We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead AI Research Scientist to join our cutting-edge team. In this pivotal role, you will play a leading role in shaping the future of our products by leveraging the power of Generative AI and advanced data analytics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Spearhead Generative AI integration by collaborating closely with product design and engineering teams to define and implement innovative Generative AI solutions that power our products.
- Drive innovation with cutting-edge techniques by researching and developing the most advanced statistical models, Generative APIs, and Neural Network architectures.
- Unlock business insights by leveraging data analytics to extract meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions and optimize processes.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and staying current with the latest advancements in data science and Generative AI technologies.
Key Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in data science.
- Masters degree (or equivalent) in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, data science, or related discipline.
- Proficiency with data mining, statistical analysis, and Machine Learning models.
- Proficiency with Generative AI models and their finetuning conforming to product demand.
- Experience with SQL, and programming languages (e.g., Python and R) together with its popular libraries.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, research-oriented group that has several concurrent projects.
Benefits:
- £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
- 20 days holiday + Bank holidays.
