About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Commercial team. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving sales growth within the EMEA region. Your proactive approach to generating leads and managing the sales process will be vital to our continued success.

Working closely with Senior Commercial Managers, you will support them with sales administration, ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire sales cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively engaging with Airport IT and Operations teams through outbound calls, emails, social media, and in-person events.
  • Communicating AeroCloud's technology and its real-world applications in transforming airport operations.
  • Booking five Discovery and Introductory meetings per week for your colleagues.
  • Collaborating closely with Senior Commercial Managers to ensure alignment in sales efforts and objectives.
  • Supporting Commercial Managers by handling sales administrative duties across all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Partnering with the Marketing team on outreach activities to ensure a consistent and integrated approach.
  • Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of data input into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for your assigned areas.
  • Continuously seeking and implementing innovative ways to improve the sales process and outreach methods.
  • Gathering and communicating customer feedback to the product and service teams.
  • Representing AeroCloud at international conferences and exhibitions, building relationships and promoting our brand.
Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious individual at the start of their sales career, with 0-1 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role, ideally in a SaaS company. You should be enthusiastic about pursuing a career in SaaS platform sales, and experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is a plus.
