Job Title: Field Specialists

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Specialist to join our team at ROBERT WALTERS AUSTRALIA. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of accounts for employees, contractors, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identity Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification of accounts for employees, contractors, and external partners.
  • Define and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies to ensure appropriate access levels for users.
IAM Process Design and Optimization:
  • Design and improve IAM workflows, processes, and policies to streamline user access while enhancing security.
Security and Compliance:
  • Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and recertification processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, investigate, and respond to security risks and incidents related to IAM, including unauthorized access or account misuse.
Collaboration and Support:
  • Work with IT teams, system owners, and business units to ensure proper integration of IAM systems across platforms.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for IAM policies, procedures, and system configurations.

Requirements:

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related fields such as IT security, systems administration, or network security.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency with IAM technologies such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, CyberArk, or equivalent.
  2. Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.).
  3. Experience in managing IAM within cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
