Job Title: Software Controls Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Controls Specialist to join our team in the Oil and Gas Sector. As a key member of our automation team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing PLC, HMI, and SCADA software solutions for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA software to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their automation needs and provide expert advice on control system architectures.
  • Conduct site surveys and assist with project quotations, including engineering time and materials.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems, including Rockwell, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Aveva Wonderware, and Beijer.
  • Experience with industrial network setup, commissioning, and fault finding.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematic diagrams from industrial environments.
  • Awareness of industry standards and regulations in the water sector.
