About the Role:

As an Invoice and Claim Administrator, you will be a critical part of the Service Team. Your role will be to support the Customer Executives and Service Manager to ensure customers receive the best service through efficient, timely, and accurate administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, invoices, and associated paperwork for all work completed within the company
  • Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims, ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation
  • Reconcile manufacturer payments, including acting upon claim discrepancies and management of aged debt
  • Complete regular and documented self-audits to drive continuous improvement in business processes
  • Support the Service Team with effective WIP control

Requirements:

  • Experience working in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role
  • Proven track record in warranty/service contract administration
  • Basic knowledge of trucks, specifically Mercedes-Benz Trucks
  • Understanding of compliance associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles
  • Basic knowledge of service-relevant applications
  • Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge
  • General IT knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
