About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Nurse to join our team on the Hadley Unit, a 9-bed mixed gender treatment ward within our Inpatient pathway. The Hadley Unit is a referral-based service, accepting patients from various sources, including the community, acute wards, and the Ministry of Justice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the management and medical team to ensure patient care meets the highest standards.
  • Act as a role model, using initiative to maintain quality and safety.
  • Support and educate junior staff, contributing to a nurturing team environment.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Mental Health, Adult, or Learning Disability) with current NMC registration.
  • Sound clinical skills, with ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs.
  • Knowledge of person-centered care, clinical governance, and health and safety.
