The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our client's team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of sales experience who is driven to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth in the London workspace sector by focusing on equipment sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients in the London workspace sector and develop strategic relationships.
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
  • Utilize HubSpot for customer relationship management and data analysis.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to take ownership of the sales function and drive results.
  • Conduct market research to identify and approach potential clients, and participate in occasional office meetings as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Highly organized with strong experience working with spreadsheets and databases.
  • Proven ability to research and identify potential clients, with a track record of successful sales outreach or business development in a B2B context.
  • Tenacious, proactive, and ambitious personality, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
