With a strong focus on corporate workspace solutions, they combine a passion for specialty coffee with expertise in precision coffee equipment to deliver elegant and effective solutions for values-led workspaces.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our client's team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of sales experience who is driven to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth in the London workspace sector by focusing on equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities- Identify potential clients in the London workspace sector and develop strategic relationships.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research.
- Utilize HubSpot for customer relationship management and data analysis.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to take ownership of the sales function and drive results.
- Conduct market research to identify and approach potential clients, and participate in occasional office meetings as needed.
- Competitive basic salary plus commission.
- Remote working opportunities with a dynamic and supportive team.

- Full training on products and services, with a focus on continual development and improvement.
- Highly organized with strong experience working with spreadsheets and databases.
- Proven ability to research and identify potential clients, with a track record of successful sales outreach or business development in a B2B context.
- Tenacious, proactive, and ambitious personality, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with the team.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
- A small team of 5 directly employed, supported by around 12 contractors and numerous engineers from equipment manufacturer partners.
- Ambitious revenue growth plans while maintaining a small, highly skilled, and motivated team.
- Focus on continual development of software systems and processes to improve efficiency and client service quality.
- Strong internal communication is essential, with team members supporting each other and covering responsibilities as needed.
- The perfect candidate will be efficient, a manager of their own time, and supportive to others when required.
