Job Title: ITIL Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking an experienced ITIL Subject Matter Expert to join our Product Development team at PeopleCert. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality ITIL content that supports our mission to elevate our ITIL brand and portfolio.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining ITIL content, including official books, exams, training materials, and digital content. You will work closely with our Product Architects and Product Managers to ensure that all content aligns with the overall product strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality ITIL content, including official books, exams, training materials, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with Product Architects and Product Managers to ensure that all content aligns with the overall product strategy and vision.
  • Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and ensure that content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert to support the broader organization, including internal trainings and webinars as required.
  • Collaborate with external Subject Matter Experts to strengthen our pool of ITIL content contributors.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' relevant experience working with ITIL in a training or consultancy role.
  • Be certified with as many as possible ITIL certifications.
  • Be certified with as many as possible related certifications from the PeopleCert portfolio, and/or other providers.
  • Solid understanding of the ITIL ecosystem and competition landscape.
  • Experience in product development.
  • Experience in authoring, reviewing, and editing content.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and project management skills.
  • Native or excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification is required).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required.
