Join Our Team as a Private Client Principal Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Private Client Principal Associate. As a key member of our private client department, you will be responsible for handling complex and high-net-worth (HNW) cases, including wills, lifetime trusts, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax.

As a Private Client Principal Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, from pre-death work to post-death administration. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of inheritance tax and capital gains tax, as well as the ability to provide guidance and support to junior colleagues.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about private client work and has a strong desire to progress in their career. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex and HNW cases, including wills, lifetime trusts, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax
  • Providing guidance and support to junior colleagues
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of inheritance tax and capital gains tax
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to junior colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
