We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in leading our accounting function and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our accounting function.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of accountants to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Provide financial guidance and support to the business
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
