We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Digby Morris Executive Search & Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our Cost Management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients in the Gloucestershire, Hereford & Worcestershire region.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Prepare and manage tender processes, including budget cost plans, bill of quantities, and contract administration.
- Conduct regular cost reporting, assess contractor variations, and negotiate final accounts.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide expert advice on cost management and quantity surveying.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost planning, and post-contract QS duties.
- Knowledge of JCT contracts and ability to work with various project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Relevant quantity surveying degree and full UK driving license.
