Job Opportunity for a Couple

We are seeking a couple to join our team as a housekeeper and gardener for a beautiful home near Stroud, Gloucestershire. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, and have experience in gardening and household management.

Responsibilities:
  • Housekeeper: day-to-day organization of the home, cleaning, laundry, and family-style cooking
  • Gardener: general garden maintenance duties, including mowing, leaf blowing, splitting logs, and laying fireplaces
  • Driver: driving for airport/station runs and other tasks
Requirements:
  • Experience in gardening and household management
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Two drivers with own cars
Benefits:
  • 1.5-bedroom cottage provided as staff accommodation
  • Salary negotiable from 70k-80k gross pa dependent on experience
  • Occasional weekend work required, which can be paid extra or time off given in lieu

Please note that this role is not suitable for pets or dependents. We are interviewing now and looking to start in January 2025.
