Role Overview

Savills is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our Rural Management Consultancy team in Edinburgh. As an Estate Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic team in delivering exceptional services to our clients in the rural, agricultural, and residential sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the rural sector and a strong desire to develop their career in a fast-paced and varied environment. You will have the chance to work closely with our team to provide administrative support, manage client relationships, and assist with property management and consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate team tasks, correspondence, and jobs
  • Provide administrative support to the team in managing clients and properties
  • Assist with client relationships, management of rural contractors, and liaison with tenants
  • Manage property databases, compliance data, and create and maintain electronic files and records
  • Complete, circulate, and track leases and other land and property documents
  • Arrange diary invitations and facilitate meeting arrangements
  • General administration, meeting preparation, and following up meeting actions
Key Skills
  • Understanding of the rural sector and property management
  • Excellent IT skills using MS Office package, especially Excel and Word
  • Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work within a team and take responsibility for tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks

The Scotland management team is based in Edinburgh, Perth, and Dumfries. As an Estate Administrator, you will be part of a dynamic and exciting team that provides core management and consultancy services in the rural, agricultural, and residential sectors.
