Job Title: Corporate Advisory Head

We're seeking a highly experienced Corporate Advisory Head to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you'll work closely with clients to provide strategic guidance and support, helping them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on corporate finance and strategy to clients
  • Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • ACAACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent) or relevant work experience
  • Significant experience of working within a corporate finance department
  • Proven track record of successful business development and winning in the market
  • Previous management experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • For those involved in Capital Markets transactions, a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation
