Job Title: Corporate Advisory Head

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Advisory Head to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to our clients, helping them to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on corporate finance matters
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow our client base
  • Lead and manage a team of advisory professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients
Requirements:
  • ACAACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience
  • Significant experience of working within a corporate finance department
  • Proven track record of successful business development winning in the market
  • Previous management experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation
