As a part of Volution Ventilation UK, we trade with major UK electrical wholesalers and have a strong presence in the heating and ventilation market.

Job Profile:

As the Area Sales Manager - Central South, you will be responsible for building relationships with key accounts in the South Central region, including electrical wholesalers, builders' merchants, and OEMs. Your primary goal will be to identify growth opportunities and increase sales within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined region
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve company budgets and targets
  • Present promotions to the trade to gain extra business and new listings
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
  • Attend quarterly sales meetings and contribute to the development of the sales strategy
  • Produce monthly reports on sales performance and market development

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven field sales experience
  • Experience in the electrical wholesale/Builders Merchant market is desirable
  • Industry experience in technical/HVAC is beneficial, with training provided
  • Drive and determination to succeed
  • A team player with a flexible attitude to work
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools
  • Manual driving license
