Event Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at House Recruiting. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue across our portfolio of events, publications, and websites.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful sales revenue, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Work closely with the commercial director to identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them
- Ensure personal and team monthly targets are achieved
- Forecast and report on portfolio progress
- Develop and grow personal client base and spend
- Represent the brand professionally at exhibitions and events
- Proven track record of delivering successful sales revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge or experience within the construction industry would be an advantage
