Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Sales Role - Competitive Base Salary with Unlimited Commission Opportunities

Daily Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Managing your own recruitment desk, focusing on both candidate sourcing and business development.
  • Identifying candidates through various methods including cold calling, online platforms, job postings, and referrals.
  • Conducting market research to support business development efforts.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the Life Sciences sector to effectively source high-quality candidates for open roles.
  • Ensuring exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to address their staffing requirements.
  • Representing Meet and our clients to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
  • Performing administrative tasks to maintain an organized pipeline and system.
  • Completing tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a client-facing role (internships included) or participation in an athletic program.
  • Preferred experience in outbound sales.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.

Interview Process:

  • Initial call with an internal recruiter --> 20-minute sales assessment --> 30-45 minute virtual interview --> On-site interview.
