About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Producer to join our team at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG). As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-quality visual content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shoot Management: Manage shoots from beginning to end, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality visual content.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure that creative objectives are met.
  • Content Development: Develop and implement content strategies to meet business objectives and drive engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including photography and post-production, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Project Planning: Create production plans to enable successful set build delivery and image shoot completion to time and brief.
  • Model Agency Management: Own the relationship with model agencies, conduct bookings, and negotiate day rates to ensure budget compliance.
  • Communication: Communicate shoot requirements and target completion dates to teams, pre and post-shoot.
  • Review and Analysis: Attend reviews to gather information and key learnings for upcoming photography and video briefs.
Requirements
  • Production Experience: Minimum 3 years of production experience within a studio or agency environment, with expertise in ecomm still and motion/video.
  • Commercial Experience: Experience in planning in a commercial environment with a creative output.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and experience of working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Post-Production Experience: Post-production experience is desirable.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure, manage tight client deadlines, and build positive stakeholder relationships.
