Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Physiotherapy Assistant to join our growing team in Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, managing your own caseload of private rehabilitation patients while receiving guidance from experienced physiotherapists.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized physiotherapy support to a diverse range of patients within their homes and community settings.
  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a physiotherapy assistant within the NHS setting.
  • Current CSP Associate and HCPC membership in good standing.
  • Proven clinical skills in various areas, including neurology, orthopedics, and geriatric care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits

Competitive hourly rate of £18 with 45p per mile travel reimbursement.

Flexible working hours ranging from 3 hours to a maximum of 2 days per week, allowing you to build your caseload gradually.
