Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary engineering teams, overseeing the entire lifecycle of solutions from conception to deployment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to independently address challenges and take full ownership of problem-solving processes.
  • Apply a product-oriented mindset to tackle ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and propose optimal solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment and demonstrate resilience in navigating the unique complexities of the financial technology sector.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Essential proficiency in TypeScript, AWS, and Node.js.
  • Experience utilizing Svelte and DynamoDB.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, immutable infrastructure, containers, and serverless architectures.
  • Proven ability to handle complex problems and guide them to successful resolution independently.
  • Familiarity with financial technology, payments, and the Maritime industry is highly advantageous.
