Consortia is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to drive innovation in financial technology.

We're looking for a talented individual to join our Technology division and contribute to the development of scalable and reliable systems that meet the needs of our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving problem-solving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of full-stack solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex challenges.
  • Apply a product-oriented mindset to drive innovation and improvement in our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, AWS, and Node.js.
  • Experience with Svelte and DynamoDB is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, immutable infrastructure, containers, and serverless architectures.
  • Ability to work independently and drive problem-solving initiatives.
  • Understanding of financial technology, payments, and the Maritime industry is an asset.
