Position Overview:

As a Chief Technology Officer, you will:

  • Oversee centralized coordination for all operational functions related to business execution.
  • Develop and uphold comprehensive reporting frameworks, processes, and controls.
  • Standardize analytics and reporting processes for the business execution sector.
  • Employ standardized tools and templates to enhance project planning and governance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to formulate and execute strategic initiatives that align with corporate goals.
  • Create metrics and a tracking system to assess the progress of our strategic ISG plan.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in the financial services sector.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Strong comprehension of the financial services landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
