About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Pavers Shoes in Hayes Garden World, Ambleside. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store appearance
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
