We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Manager to join our team at the Digital Preservation Coalition.
About the Role:
The Community Engagement Manager will play a key role in delivering the DPC's first objective, Community Engagement. This involves encouraging and sustaining participation in the Coalition and its work to create a mutually supportive digital preservation community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with the digital preservation community
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate events and activities to promote the DPC's work
- Contribute to the development of the DPC's strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community engagement and outreach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the digital preservation sector
