Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Vacancies. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in a learning environment, promoting academic and personal growth
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide assistance with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless support

Requirements:

  • Love working with children and have a passion for education
  • Hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience working with children (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent English language skills
