Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Vacancies. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in a learning environment, promoting academic and personal growth
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Provide assistance with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure seamless support
Requirements:
- Love working with children and have a passion for education
- Hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working with children (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent English language skills
